Senior Sales Manager

NICE is seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Manager to lead our IT Direct Sales team in India. This individual will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing relationships with key customers and partners, and achieving assigned sales quotas.
Job Description- The Senior Sales Manager will manage 15-20 large Enterprise/Mid-Market accounts, focusing on key industries such as Insurance, Banking, Telco, BPO, and Global In-house Captive.
- This position requires a strong understanding of the Contact Center and Customer Experience space, with prior experience selling solutions like call recording, customer analytics, workforce optimization, and employee performance management.
In this role, you will:
- Develop strategy, tactics, and sales plans for key accounts to position assigned product solutions through strategic value-based selling, business case definition, ROI analysis, references, and analyst data.
- Deliver sales by developing relationships with key customers and partners (at the Executive Leadership level) that support these accounts.
- Maximize new business development opportunities and achieve assigned sales quotas by directly covering these key accounts.
- Generate a sales pipeline that supports the achievement of assigned sales quotas and strictly adhere to the published NICE roadmap sales process.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent and at least 10 years of sales experience in a software technology company selling to Enterprise accounts.
- Demonstrate deal closures of at least $500K in a year with 2-3 key accounts.
- Exceptional work ethic, ability to work independently, and a strong desire to succeed.
- A consultative sales approach is critical for selling solutions, excellent communication and presentation skills, independent, self-motivated, and dedicated to success.
- Extremely strong prospecting/lead generation skills.
