We are seeking a dynamic and analytical thinker to join our team as a Solutions Support Specialist.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology and process improvements, with experience in driving efficiency through continuous improvement efforts within distribution and wholesale product groups.

As a Business Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and documenting business processes and technical requirements. You will ensure that new solutions are clearly documented and that subject matter experts are adequately trained.

You will also troubleshoot and provide end-user support for business-as-usual issues, while communicating regularly with business stakeholders during sprint planning sessions and project implementations.

The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in IT or a comparable field, with at least 3 years of experience in distribution and wholesale sales. Experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst in the retail industry is preferred.

A strong ability to analyze complex processes and data sets, combined with excellent communication skills, is essential for this role. The ideal candidate will also be able to manage business change initiatives within a large organization.
