About The Role

This progressive career opportunity offers the chance to develop in your role as a seasoned IT Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide reporting, testing and maintenance of software and implementation of IT systems and applications across the business.
  • Administer and support various systems such as Windows Server and Linux O/S.
  • Evaluate and resolve tickets ensuring problem, solution, end user, initiation and completion time, and end user satisfaction are documented.
  • Maintain systems and processes within IT.
  • Support the wider group with Helpdesk functions.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in an IT Support environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication skills and phone etiquette.
  • Able to demonstrate enthusiasm for helping others.
  • Strong English speaking skills.
  • Proficient in Windows Server (all versions).
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Exchange.
  • Linux OS knowledge.
  • Experience with remote support tools.
  • Understanding of SQL principles.
  • Good comprehension of Networks (DHCP, DNS, etc).
  • Fortinet experience is desirable but not essential.
Reporting Line:

This role will report directly to the IT Manager.
