Job Title: Senior Technical Support Specialist

A senior technical support specialist is required to provide expert-level assistance in front office, middle office applications within the investment banking sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as primary point of contact for front office, middle office applications in investment banking.
  • Respond promptly to system alerts, incidents, and user-reported issues.
  • Analyze incidents to determine their root causes.
  • Resolve technical issues related to applications, databases, and integrations.
Documentation and Knowledge Management:
  • Maintain accurate records of incidents, solutions, and changes in production environments.
  • Create and update support documentation, knowledge base articles, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Change Management and Release Support:
  • Assist in planning and executing application releases and updates.
  • Conduct impact assessments for proposed changes to production systems.

Requirements include 7+ years of experience in supporting business applications, AWS experience, and a bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
