Ecommerce Solutions Specialist

Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Ecommerce Solutions Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will lead workshops to gather and analyze business requirements related to retail operations and ecommerce systems.

  • Configure and customize ecommerce modules to meet client needs.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration with other ecommerce platforms (finance, supply chain, etc.).
  • Provide end-to-end support during implementation phases including UAT, training, and go-live.
  • Develop functional documentation including process flows, configuration guides, and user manuals.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve ecommerce-related issues post-deployment.
  • Stay updated on the latest ecommerce trends and recommend enhancements.
  • Support data migration and testing activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an ecommerce solutions specialist in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce / Retail.
  • Hands-on experience with ecommerce platforms (modern ecommerce, cloud ecommerce).
  • Strong understanding of retail business processes including sales, inventory, promotions, and customer management.
  • Experience with lifecycle services (LCS), Azure DevOps, and ecommerce configuration tools.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
  • Microsoft certifications in ecommerce or related modules (preferred).
