Job Title:
Solution Support Specialist

The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional technical support to customers, ensuring timely resolution of issues and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. The role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert-level technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat.
  • Analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints and improve overall customer experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Technical Expertise:
- Strong understanding of Linux (various distributions) and Windows Server environments.
- Experience in Networking, Security, and Certificate Management platforms.
- Knowledge of Kubernetes for container orchestration and management.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
Certifications:
- CCNA, Network+, RHEL, AWS, or Azure certifications preferred.
