Job Overview

As a Learning and Development Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the technical prowess of our organization. Your primary objective will be to design and implement comprehensive training programs that cater to the diverse needs of our IT infrastructure, networking, systems, and related ISP functions teams.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct thorough training needs analysis to identify gaps in skills and knowledge within technical teams.
  2. Develop and curate engaging technical curriculum and learning modules that cover topics such as network operations, cybersecurity, cloud services, and data center management.
  3. Facilitate instructor-led and virtual training sessions, workshops, demos, and hands-on labs for technical staff to ensure they have the necessary skills to excel in their roles.
  4. Collaborate with subject matter experts to guarantee the accuracy and relevance of content to current industry standards.
  5. Manage e-learning development platforms, administer LMS systems, and maintain up-to-date learning resources to support the continuous growth of our technical staff.
  6. Evaluate and report training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and technical skill metrics.
  7. Support onboarding and upskilling initiatives for new hires and early-career technical staff.
  8. Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure that our content aligns with business objectives.
  9. Foster a culture of continuous technical learning and innovation within the organization.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.
