Job Title: CRM Technical Support Specialist

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 4-8 years of experience in Veeva CRM, with a strong understanding of its features and functionality.
  • Experience of ITIL process and support (L2/L3), with a focus on delivering high-quality service and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
