Technical Support Specialist Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our organization. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for monitoring the infrastructure, identifying performance issues, and providing technical assistance to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor server parameters, including CPU, memory, hard disk size, log size, and other vital metrics on a regular schedule.
  • Report any performance issues beyond thresholds to relevant teams.
  • Ensure scheduled tasks have been successfully completed.
  • Rerun tasks with failures.
  • Report technical errors to senior support teams for resolution.
  • Monitor email, Teams channel, and ticketing system for new items/tickets.
  • Update items/tickets with initial responses.
  • Gather additional details from business/end user/other teams as required.
  • Reproduce issues in testing environments and provide inputs to senior team members.
  • Validate issue fixes in internal testing environments based on client inputs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Candidate should possess over 3 years of experience in customer-facing roles.
  • Should have managed application or infrastructure support at a level one capacity for at least 3 years.
  • SailPoint or IAM system support experience is beneficial.
  • Should have experience in both written and verbal responses to customers within defined SLAs.
  • Must be experienced in handling customer-related queries on system functionality and providing necessary support.
  • Should have experience in performing customer-issue-based validation.
  • Strong in written and verbal communication.
  • Technical background in Java, Scripting is an added advantage.
