Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Specialist located in Ahmedabad. The Technical Specialist will provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, perform diagnostics, and contribute to improving product quality and effectiveness. The role also involves coordinating with customers to ensure optimal use of our products and delivering exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- Analytical and Troubleshooting skills
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience in providing Technical Support and diagnostics
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biotechnology, Biomedical Engineering, or related fields
- Experience in the field of pathology or tissue diagnostics is a plus
