We are currently looking for a highly skilled and customer-focused Mac support professional to join our team.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of hands-on experience supporting macOS systems in a professional environment. The selected individual will be responsible for providing first-level support for macOS-based systems, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.

They will also assist end-users with issues related to MacBooks, iMacs, macOS updates, and commonly used applications. Additionally, the successful candidate will perform routine maintenance, system checks, and software updates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical assistance for macOS-based systems.
  • Assist end-users with Mac-related issues.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks.
  • Configure and support Apple Mail, MS Outlook, VPN, printers, and network connectivity on macOS.
  • Manage user accounts, profiles, and system preferences.
  • Deploy, configure, and manage macOS devices using Jamf Pro.
  • Support other MDM platforms like Intune or Kandji.
  • Document support issues and resolutions in a ticketing system.
Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • At least 1 year of experience in Mac desktop support or a similar role.
  • Solid understanding of macOS, Apple hardware, and the Apple ecosystem.
  • Familiarity with basic networking concepts and troubleshooting steps.
  • Experience with remote support tools.
  • Exposure to Jamf Pro or other MDM tools for device management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:

The following certifications are desirable but not required:

  • Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP)
  • Jamf Certified Associate
