Job Title : Mac AdministratorJob Description :We are seeking a skilled Mac Administrator to manage, configure, and support our macOS environment. The role involves deploying and maintaining Mac systems, ensuring security compliance, managing device policies, and providing technical support to end-users. The ideal candidate will have expertise in MDM solutions (e.g., Jamf, Intune), macOS troubleshooting, system automation, and integration with enterprise IT infrastructure.Key Responsibilities :- Administer and support macOS devices across the organization.- Deploy, configure, and manage Macs using MDM solutions.- Ensure compliance with IT security policies and software updates.- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues.- Automate routine tasks and improve system efficiency.- Collaborate with IT teams for cross-platform integration.Qualifications :- Proven experience as a Mac Administrator or IT Support Engineer (macOS).- Hands-on knowledge of Jamf, Intune, or similar MDM platforms.- Strong skills in scripting (Bash, Python, or AppleScript).- Understanding of networking, security, and system administration.- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
