Responsibilities- Provide expert-level technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat, troubleshooting complex issues and resolving them efficiently.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and successful issue resolution.
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Windows Server internals, Microsoft Intune, SCCM, PowerShell, Active Directory, Exchange, WSUS, WDS, DNS, DHCP, and mobile device management.
- Integrate existing SCCM infrastructure with Intune, managing PCs, Macs, and Unix Linux servers, as well as mobile devices.
- Design and implement effective solutions for complex customer issues using shell scripting, PowerShell scripting, and Windows batch script development.
A strong understanding of PC management, Windows Firewall, group policies, and security is essential. Additionally, experience with Windows Azure is highly desirable.
