As a Software Support Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the integrity and reliability of software systems.

Acting as system experts, you will identify and solve issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to troubleshoot and resolve software-related challenges, ensuring that business operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Key responsibilities include analyzing system performance, implementing solutions to enhance functionality, and providing technical support for immediate and cross-functional teams.

Required skills include expertise in server management and configuration, proficiency in scripting for automation of routine tasks, and strong understanding of troubleshooting and debugging techniques.

A bachelor's degree is required, equivalent to 15 years of full-time education. At least 5 years of experience in software administration are preferred.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as subject matter expert on JBOSS Administration
  • Collaborate and manage the team to perform tasks efficiently
  • Make key decisions for the team
  • Engage with multiple teams and contribute to strategic decisions
  • Provide solutions to problems for immediate and cross-functional teams
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities
  • Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues
Requirements
  • Mandatory: Proficiency in JBOSS Administration
  • Good to have: Experience with application performance monitoring tools, strong understanding of server management and configuration, familiarity with troubleshooting and debugging techniques, experience in scripting for automation of routine tasks
