Platform Operations and Support Specialist

This is a vital role where you will ensure seamless operations and support across various platforms, including data and reporting systems.

You will work closely with the technology team to guarantee that our data and reporting platforms are highly available, secure, scalable, and performant, providing field teams with consistent and reliable access to insights when needed.

  • Serve as the primary support contact for our field Tableau platform and other field reporting platforms.
  • Monitor platform performance and availability, escalating technical issues as needed.
  • Provide troubleshooting and issue resolution for end-users in collaboration with the technology teams.
  • Manage and support our dashboard end-user portal, supporting enhancements and upgrades to reporting platforms in partnership with the technology teams.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing user provisioning, access controls, role-based permissions, etc. for Tableau and other reporting tools.
  • Owning the incident and issue management process, defining the roles and responsibilities of Level 0 to Level 3 support and implementing a support process that is efficient and scalable.
  • Tracking recurring issues and proposing systemic fixes or improvements.
  • Managing and supporting our dashboard release process, managing and supporting our dashboard lifecycle management (release, steady-state support, decommission, archival retention).
  • Maintaining platform and dashboard usage reports.
  • Supporting integration of field reporting platforms with upstream data sources, supporting integration of field reporting platforms with other field-based tools (e.g., CRM).
  • Responding to field and stakeholder inquiries related to platform access, developing and maintaining user guides, FAQs, and training materials.
  • Maintaining up-to-date documentation on reporting processes, platform configurations, and support protocols.
  • Ensuring adherence to audit requirements, corporate policies, and data governance standards.
