Support Specialist

About This Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment as a Support Specialist. We are looking for someone with strong technical skills and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor the infrastructure - CPU, memory, hard disk size, log size, and other vital server parameters on a regular schedule.
  • Report any performance issues beyond thresholds to the appropriate teams.
  • Monitor scheduled tasks on the system and ensure they have been successfully completed.
  • Rerun tasks that fail and report technical errors to the L2/L3 teams for resolution.
  • Monitor email, Teams channels, and ticketing systems for new items/tickets.
  • Update items/tickets with initial responses and gather more details from business/end-user teams as required.
  • Reproduce issues in testing environments and provide inputs to L2 team members.
  • Validate issue fixes in internal testing environments based on customer inputs given (issue raised).
Requirements
  • Customer-facing experience of more than 3+ years.
  • Management experience of either application or infrastructure support at L1 level for at least 3 years.
  • SailPoint or IAM system support experience is a big plus.
  • Experience in handling customer-related queries on system functionality and providing required support.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Technical background in Java/Scripting is an added advantage.
