Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and resolving incidents efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in incident management and service desk operations, with a proven track record of providing expert support for service desk operations, ensuring timely and effective resolution of user issues.

You will utilize industry-leading platforms, such as Service Now, to track, manage, and report incidents and service requests. Additionally, you will implement and maintain Windows-based systems to ensure optimal performance and security.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and resolve incidents efficiently to ensure minimal disruption to business operations
  • Provide expert support for service desk operations ensuring timely and effective resolution of user issues
  • Utilize Service Now platform to track manage and report incidents and service requests
  • Implement and maintain Windows-based systems to ensure optimal performance and security
