Job Title: Technical Support Representative

Role Overview

As a key member of our frontline team, you will engage with customers to resolve technical issues related to Microsoft software and hardware.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues using active listening and effective communication skills.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop expertise in Microsoft products, including Windows, Office 365, and Surface devices.
  • Issue Resolution: Escalate complex issues to higher tiers when necessary and provide remote troubleshooting assistance.
  • Case Management: Document interactions, solutions, and follow-up actions in our support system.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexible US shift timings.
  • Completion of specific training programs set by the client.
  • Flexibility to work 24/7 shifts with a 100% Work From Office (WFO) policy.

Preferred Qualifications:

Any Graduate – Additional certifications in customer service/upskilling are highly preferred. Preference is given to immediate joiners.
