Job Description:

As a seasoned technical professional, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the success of clients. You will be responsible for maintaining and operating Linux systems, ensuring seamless application and system procedures, and providing proactive services to clients.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies such as Tableau and OBIEE, and collaborate with our talented team of experts to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Maintenance and operation of Linux systems, ensuring optimal performance and security
  • Supervision of all alerts related to application and system procedures, providing timely and effective solutions
  • Collaboration with development teams to identify and resolve technical issues
  • Good hands-on experience with Tableau/OBIEE, including data visualization and reporting

You are expected to deliver exceptional customer service, possess excellent problem-solving skills, and be well-versed in Linux, SQL, and GIT.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proven experience working with Linux systems

Strong knowledge of SQL and GIT

Experience with Tableau and OBIEE is an added advantage
