About this role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Information Systems Manager. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of ERP systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics NAV, and be proficient in MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage master data management, including creating, updating, and maintaining item master data, as well as vendor master data.
  • Prepare and publish daily planning reports, generate weekly and monthly reports/scorecards, and consolidate data from multiple sources.

Process Support & Coordination

  • Maintain proper documentation of changes in item master and pricing, support internal audits and compliance requirements, and suggest improvements in data entry and reporting processes.
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency by running regular validations and checks.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics NAV.
  • Strong MS Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, formatting, and macros knowledge.
  • Ability to handle large data sets and maintain high accuracy.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong coordination and communication skills to work with multiple teams.

Qualifications

  • Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, IT, or related fields.
  • 1-3 years of experience in Master Data Management/MIS/Reporting in FMCG, Manufacturing, or related industries.
