Senior Business Intelligence Developer

We are seeking a seasoned Business Intelligence developer to join our team. As a key member, you will play a pivotal role in delivering business-critical data analytics solutions.

About the Role:
  • Build scalable and automated dashboards using Power BI and related tools.
  • Collaborate closely with Finance and Technology teams to deliver data-driven insights.
  • Perform system administration of Business Intelligence platforms, including user security management.
  • Own regular and ad hoc operational reporting, driving continuous improvement.
  • Work collaboratively with various business functions to understand reporting needs.

You will be responsible for building dynamic dashboards to benchmark and track progress against key operational goals. Additionally, you will perform data modeling by modifying existing models or creating new ones as needed.

We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills to navigate complex challenges. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to quickly adapt to new tools and solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a growth mindset, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a collaborative and ownership-driven approach.

Skillset Requirements:

  • Proven experience in developing Business Intelligence solutions using Power BI.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented and organized with high accuracy standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MSc/MBA in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Proficiency in SQL and data modeling techniques.
  • Experience with Agile project management methodologies.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based data storage solutions.
