Job Title: Data Insights Specialist
We are seeking an experienced Data Insights Specialist to join our team. As a Data Insights Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining complex Power BI reports, ETL pipelines using Knime, and ensuring seamless data integration with various sources.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain medium to high complexity Power BI reports independently.
  • Design and implement ETL pipelines using Knime to extract, transform, and load data from diverse sources.
  • Develop expertise in importing data from SQL Server, Excel, and other platforms into Power BI.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest features and best practices in the Power Platform, including Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with Power BI Gen 2 is essential.
  • Experience with DAX queries, row-level securities, and gateway configuration in Power BI services.
  • Performance tuning of dashboards and refreshes is a must-have.
  • Experience in modeling with Azure Analytics Service is beneficial.
  • Proficiency in working with Azure platform and its services is preferred.

Additional Responsibilities:
  • Power BI Administration & Configuration.
  • Power BI Maintenance (workspace and security, data models and measures in datasets, deployment pipelines, refresh schedules).
  • Development and maintenance of existing applications and development of changes or fixes to the current design.
  • Building data models for reporting analytics solutions.
  • Integration between back-end and front-end services (e.g., Gateways).
  • Familiarity with cloud technologies primarily in MS Azure, including Databricks, ADF, SQL DB, Storage Accounts, KeyVault, Application Gateways, Vnets, and Azure Portal Management.
