Job Title: Data Insights Specialist
A pivotal role awaits an analytical expert to delve into sales data, pinpointing opportunities and challenges. The ideal candidate will excel in modeling, analyzing, and summarizing information for strategic decision-making.
About the Role:

  • Analyzing historical performance trends, and market insights to identify opportunities and challenges.

  • Working closely with Management and business strategy teams to model, analyze, prepare, and summarize information for Sales, Products, New initiatives, organic and inorganic growth etc Lead strategic partnerships and other organic and inorganic initiatives for the growth of the organization.


Responsibilities:

  • Data crunching, data mining, and analyzing sales data, including historical performance, trends, and market insights, to identify opportunities and challenges.

  • Creating meaningful reports, dashboards, and presentations to visualize and communicate sales performance metrics to the sales team and management.

  • Working closely with the sales team to develop sales targets and strategies based on data-driven insights.

  • Preparing and monitoring funnel performance weekly for the sales team.

  • Working with Business Teams to monitor potential opportunities.

  • Tracking performance target vs achievement of business team product-wise and presenting to management.

  • Ensuring the CRM system is utilized effectively for tracking leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.

  • Providing access to CRM tools to business teams and providing solutions if any issues are faced regarding CRM tools.

  • Providing sales data to respective sales representatives, generating reports, and supporting them as and when needed (majorly traffic and revenue report, funnel pipeline stage, etc).

  • Acting as a liaison between the sales team and other departments.

  • Ensuring the team updates their opportunities, leads, and pipeline stages in CRM regularly.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor/Master's degree in business, sales, finance, or a related field.

  • Proven 3-4 years of experience in data analysis and interpretation preferably in a sales or marketing context.

  • Proficiency in data crunching and analysis (e.g., Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are must).

  • Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.

  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

  • Prior experience with CRM systems is a plus.
