
Commercial Partnerships Growth Manager

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Manager to spearhead the growth of our commercial vertical by identifying, onboarding, and managing strategic partnerships. This role will focus on creating a strong network of landowners and ecosystem partners who can support the execution of commercial construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and onboard strategic partners including landowners, developers, architects, MEP consultants, PMC firms, and other stakeholders relevant to commercial construction.
- Negotiate partnership terms and contracts ensuring mutual value creation.
- Act as the bridge between partners and internal project teams ensuring smooth project onboarding and execution.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to enable seamless project kick-offs post-partnership acquisition.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 5–8 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances, preferably in construction, real estate, or infrastructure domain.
- Strong understanding of the commercial construction ecosystem and stakeholder landscape.
- Excellent networking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
