**User Acquisition Specialist Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the position of User Acquisition Specialist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a full-funnel user acquisition strategy, managing daily campaign performance, and analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities.

This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and analytical rigor, making it an ideal opportunity for someone passionate about scaling mobile games in the competitive social and hypercasual space.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive user acquisition strategy that integrates acquisition, retention, and re-engagement.
  • Manage daily campaign performance, adjusting bids, budgets, targeting, and creatives to hit key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Analyze campaign and cohort-level data from ad platforms and MMPs to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and creative, to ensure seamless integration and execution.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in user acquisition for mobile games (social, hypercasual, or casino preferred).
  • Proven expertise with major ad platforms (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok) and MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Singular).
  • Strong working knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools (Excel, SQL, Looker Studio, Tableau).
  • Deep understanding of user acquisition KPIs (CPI, CAC, ROAS, ROI, LTV, retention).
  • Ability to run re-engagement campaigns and leverage MMP + platform data for targeting and predictive analysis.
