Senior Referral Program Manager

  • Craft seamless app experiences for referrals, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Monitor metrics to boost conversion rates and reduce CAC.

Retention Strategies:

  • Implement personalized communication plans (email, in-app, push, WhatsApp) to enhance awareness, engagement, and click-through rates.
  • Design nurturing journeys through the funnel to improve lead rates, referrals, and reviews.
  • Analyze customer behavior and optimize app flows for better engagement and conversions.

Requirements:

  • 5-8 years of experience in large-scale growth operations, focusing on referrals.
  • Proven track record of managing budgets and driving referral program performance.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing automation platforms like Clevertap, WebEngage, and messaging platforms such as Gupshup, Kaleyra.
  • Passionate about mining customer insights, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and data reporting skills.
