We are seeking a skilled performance marketing strategist to lead high-impact advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. This role is ideal for a strategic marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment and can scale campaigns globally while optimizing for return on investment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement paid campaign strategies on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads
  • Optimize ads for performance: drive cost per acquisition, return on ad spend, and click-through rate across regions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align creative and landing page messaging
  • Lead A/B testing and audience targeting experiments
  • Track and report performance metrics using analytics tools
  • Identify growth opportunities across paid acquisition funnels
  • Ensure compliance with brand and platform guidelines
Experience & Skills Required:
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns
  • Proven ability to manage and scale multi-platform campaigns
  • Experience in international markets (North America, Europe, or APAC preferred)
  • Deep understanding of audience segmentation, bidding strategies, and ad copywriting
  • Analytical mindset; experience with data analysis tools is a plus
  • Bonus: background in nonprofits, education, or knowledge-sharing initiatives
