Product Growth Strategist

We are seeking a skilled Product Growth Strategist to develop and execute growth initiatives across customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and loyalty. This role combines strategic consulting with hands-on product execution, utilizing data-driven insights, structured experimentation, and product-led retention strategies to drive sustainable growth and deliver measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive customer growth through product-focused initiatives and experiments
  • Bulletin rewards & loyalty programs to boost retention and engagement
  • Utilize data and analytics to identify opportunities and optimize performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute growth strategies
  • Lead A/B tests and champion/challenger experiments to validate ideas
  • Presentation of insights and dashboards to leadership with clear business impact
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field and MBA/Master's from a top-tier institution preferred
  • 4–6 years total experience
  • At least 2 years in B2C hyper-frequent use cases (credit cards, gaming, trading, quick commerce) OR 2–3 years in top-tier consulting (MBB, preferably first cohort)
Growth Funnels Expertise:
  • Strong analytical skills, data analysis, and financial modeling
  • Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and analytics tools (Tableau/Python preferred)
  • Hands-on experience with growth funnels, lifecycle management, and cohort analysis
  • Experience in product-led retention and scaling loyalty programs
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management
