Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources team. This role is crucial in driving our company's growth and success by developing and implementing effective talent management strategies that align with our organization's objectives and values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Strategy Development: Develop, implement, and evaluate talent acquisition strategies that support the company's long-term growth and business objectives.
- Collaboration with Senior Leadership: Collaborate with senior leadership to align talent acquisition strategies with the overall organizational strategy.
- Performance Management: Design and manage performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and career development plans.
- Employee Development and Training: Identify training and development needs and create learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Employee Engagement and Retention: Develop and execute employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Succession Planning: Develop and maintain a robust succession planning process to identify and prepare internal talent for future leadership roles.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies and make data-driven decisions.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in HR or related field is required.
- 5+ years of proven HR experience.
- Strong strategic thinking and ability to align HR initiatives with overall business goals.
