About the Role:

Main Responsibilities:

  • Build strategic relationships with senior leaders to offer thought leadership on organizational and people-related strategy and execution.
  • Consult with leaders to create a tailored people plan, influencing lasting change in the business.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design impactful propositions in areas like talent acquisition, career development, performance management, coaching, data analysis, employee engagement, learning & development, recognition programs, and rewards.
  • Utilize data strategically to identify trends in qualitative and quantitative data, enhancing organizational health and informing decisions regarding succession planning and career growth.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the organization's talent pool to ensure a healthy succession for critical roles.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Proven experience in HR, specifically in talent management, employee engagement, and retention.
  • Able to work in dynamic environments with constraints.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and skilled in problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication skills for building relationships with senior leaders and complex stakeholders to drive organizational change.
