Job Description:
Our team is seeking an experienced Customer Experience Specialist to drive customer success and deliver tailored solutions. This role requires a high level of ownership, resourcefulness, and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver customized solutions using Agrocrete and BINDRTM.
- Oversee on-site implementation and ensure adherence to speed and quality benchmarks.
- Develop and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for product applications.
- Establish scalable systems for delivery and execution across multiple regions.
- Serve as the voice of the customer within our organization.
- Build strong relationships with customer teams and decision-makers.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
- Experience: 3-6 years as Site Civil Engineer or Project/Site Architect.
- Mindset & Skills:
- Operates with a founder's mentality - ownership, resourcefulness, and bias for action.
- Inquisitive, innovative, and able to design new approaches under uncertainty.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to rally teams at all levels.
- A people person who builds relationships with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
