As a critical link between customers and our organization, the role of Customer Advocate plays a pivotal part in driving long-term success.
This position requires a proactive and results-driven individual who can effectively monitor customer health scores and usage patterns to identify areas for growth and improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for assigned customers
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategic plans that meet customer needs
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and CS tools
- Help customers optimize their experience and adoption of best practices
What We're Looking For:
- 1–2 years of experience in Customer Success
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be proactive, and able to work well under pressure. They should also have knowledge about AI infrastructure and customer success strategies.
