Senior Customer Advocate

Our ideal candidate will be a senior customer specialist responsible for handling incoming calls and chats from prospective customers. They will ensure timely responses within defined service level agreements timelines. This involves understanding the prospect's needs by asking relevant questions, identifying opportunities for sales engagement, and assigning sales-related tickets to the appropriate point of contact.
The successful candidate will have gained in-depth knowledge of all products and services offered by Freshworks. They will accurately log all customer interactions in the phone system and CRM tools, ensuring database accuracy and cleanliness through regular maintenance and updates. As part of our team, they will collaborate with colleagues and managers to resolve customer issues and find the best solutions.
Requirements:- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline.
- 4 to 6 years of experience in sales or customer support roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong drive and persistence to engage with potential customers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
