**Role Overview:**

We are seeking a seasoned fundraising and valuation expert to lead our Series A fundraising process. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to drive business growth and contribute to the development of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective fundraising strategies to secure investment from VCs, family offices, and HNIs (India & overseas).
  • Maintain strong relationships with investors and manage outreach pipelines.
  • Create comprehensive valuation models, financial projections, and investor decks.
  • Oversee due diligence, compliance, and deal structuring processes.
  • Partner with our CEO in investor meetings, pitches, and negotiations.
  • Provide strategic insights to enhance company valuation.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in fundraising, investment banking, venture capital, or private equity.
  • Proven track record of successfully raising funds or closing Series A / growth-stage deals.
  • Strong skills in valuations, financial modeling, and capital structuring.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Prior experience in EdTech, SaaS, or global education sectors is an advantage.
