Senior Capital Markets Specialist

The role involves leading capital market transactions, including IPOs, Rights Issues, QIPs, Preferential Allotments, and Bonds. You will advise clients on equity fundraising strategies, market positioning, and transaction structuring.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading capital market transactions from due diligence to deal execution.
  • Ensuring all deals comply with regulatory guidelines.
  • Managing relationships with institutional investors, HNIs, merchant bankers, law firms, and intermediaries.
  • Staying updated on capital market trends and regulatory changes.

Requirements:

  • CA/ Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, Commerce.
  • 5-6 years of experience in capital markets, investment banking, or financial advisory.
  • Hands-on deal execution experience in IPOs, QIPs, Rights Issues, Bonds, or similar transactions.
  • Strong knowledge of SEBI regulations and compliance frameworks.
  • Excellent analytical, research, and financial modeling skills.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
