We're looking for a highly skilled Digital Marketing Expert to join our team in Jaipur and take charge of our paid media and organic growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
Performance Marketing & Paid Ads:

  • Strategize, execute, and optimize high-budget ad campaigns across
    Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
    ,
    Google Ads
    , and
    LinkedIn Ads
    .
  • Conduct audience research and segmentation to target and retarget users effectively.
  • Manage complete campaign lifecycle including setup, tracking, A/B testing, conversion tracking, and bid management.
  • Analyze campaign performance, create detailed reports, and recommend improvements.

Lead Generation:

  • Develop data-driven lead generation strategies to meet sales and ROI targets.
  • Create, test, and optimize funnels and landing pages focused on generating quality leads.
  • Collaborate with the design and development team for lead gen tools and creative assets.

SEO (Search Engine Optimization):

  • Perform technical SEO audits and implement on-page & off-page strategies.
  • Keyword research, competitor analysis, and content optimization for improved SERP rankings.
  • Link building, guest blogging, and white-hat strategies to drive organic traffic.
  • Monitor analytics (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, etc.) to improve rankings and site health.

Requirements:

  • Proven 5+ years of digital marketing experience with a
    strong portfolio of lead generation and ad campaign results

  • Expertise in
    Meta Ads

    Google Ads

    LinkedIn Ads
    —certifications are a plus.
  • Deep understanding of
    performance metrics

    pixel setup

  • Proficient in
    SEO tools
    like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Moz, etc.
  • Strong analytical, project management, and reporting skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and campaigns across various industries.
  • Excellent communication and team coordination skills.
