Capital Markets Expert

 

We are seeking a skilled professional with extensive experience in capital markets to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of various asset classes, including equity, fixed income, futures and options, ABS, and MBS.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Apply in-depth knowledge of asset classes to analyze complex financial data.
  • Possess conceptual knowledge of fund accounting and portfolio valuation to optimize investment strategies.
  • Demonstrate familiarity with market reference data and corporate actions to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Perform data reconciliation and analysis to identify discrepancies and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and project teams to define and document data conversion requirements.
  • Execute conversion and testing of static and transactional data between core systems.
  • Perform data cleaning, scrubbing, and consistency checks to ensure data integrity.
  • Understand and manage the Conversion Run Book and task assignments.
  • Advanced Excel skills are essential for success in this role.

  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail in data reconciliation and migration processes.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with stakeholders effectively.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
