We are seeking an experienced and strategic Manager Social Marketing to lead our social media initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive social marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, engage our community, and support overall business objectives.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage a strategic social marketing plan to achieve business goals.
- Oversee the creation and curation of engaging content across all social media platforms.
- Manage social media campaigns from conception to execution, including budgeting and performance tracking.
- Analyze social media data and metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and inform future strategies.
- Lead and mentor a team of social media professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Collaborate with other marketing teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels.
Skills Required
- Proven experience in a social marketing or social media management role.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team.
- Expertise in social media analytics and reporting tools.
- Excellent understanding of content creation and digital marketing principles.
