Role Overview:

We are seeking an accomplished Digital Fundraising Specialist to drive donations and achieve fundraising goals through strategic Google Ads campaigns.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of planning, executing, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns to maximize conversions and achieve monthly targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute Google Ads strategies to drive donations and boost fundraising performance.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing to continuously enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign metrics, providing actionable insights for growth.
  • Collaborate with the creative and fundraising teams to align ads with campaign objectives and donor psychology.
  • Stay up-to-date on Google Ads policies, digital marketing trends, and crowdfunding best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred but not mandatory if experienced).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in crowdfunding and performance marketing in Indian markets.
  • Strong expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max).
  • Hands-on experience with conversion tracking, remarketing, and analytics tools.

Success Metrics:

  • Achieving and maintaining ROAS of 2+ across campaigns.
  • Steady growth in donation volumes and donor base.
