The Valuation Team seeks an Associate Director with expertise in complex financial instruments.

We are looking for a seasoned professional to join our team and contribute their knowledge of business valuations, financial analysis, and forecasting. The ideal candidate will have experience working with complex financial instruments, including convertible instruments, embedded derivatives, earn-outs, interest rate derivatives, common and preferred stock, and other securities.

Responsibilities include:

  • Establishing and maintaining effective sales and marketing processes
  • Maintaining a strong referral network
  • Networking with peers in assurance, tax, and business consulting
  • Contributing thought leadership in the practice area

The successful candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field or related area of study
  • Professional certifications such as ABV/CPA, ASA, or CFA
  • Experience valuing complex financial instruments and using option pricing models, Monte Carlo simulations, and lattice models

As an Associate Director, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing client relationships and leveraging them to sell firm solutions
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with centers of influence and professionals
  • Effectively managing overall client satisfaction
