In this role, you will play a key part in performing and managing business valuation engagements for US and UK Clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct business valuation engagements for financial reporting (US GAAP) and Tax Reporting
  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members
  • Drive projects forward and assemble market/guideline/comparable financial and valuation data
  • Value Equity, Debt, Derivatives etc.
  • Litigation arising out of Shareholder disputes etc.
  • Financial Modelling and understanding of US Tax laws

Requirements:

  • CFA, CA, MBA or equivalent qualification
  • Proven experience in business valuation field
  • Ability to think laterally and analytically
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
  • High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
