Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and supporting strategic decision-making by providing actionable financial insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze financial data and develop financial models, forecasts, and reports.
- Assist in budgeting, planning, and variance analysis.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial performance reports.
- Conduct profitability analysis and support cost optimization initiatives.
- Work with cross-functional teams to gather and interpret financial information.
- Assist in investment analysis, risk assessment, and strategic planning.
- Provide support during audits and financial reviews.
- Monitor market trends and industry performance to support business strategy.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master's or MBA preferred).
- Strong knowledge of financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar tools).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
