At SuperPe, we're seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Executive to join our team. This is a full-time role in-office position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have a blend of administrative responsibilities, HR activities, and assisting the CEO, Director & HR Head.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Duties:
    • Manage daily office operations, including organizing files, maintaining records, and handling correspondence.
    • Oversee inventory and procurement of office supplies to ensure smooth operations.
    • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for senior staff.
    • Handle travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodations for staff as needed.
    • Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and documentation.
    • Ensure the office is well-maintained and functioning efficiently by liaising with vendors, contractors, and facility services.
    • Monitor and address IT and equipment-related issues in collaboration with relevant support teams.
  • HR Activities:
    • Assist in recruitment processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
    • Maintain employee records and HR documentation, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
    • Help organize employee engagement activities and training sessions.
    • Support onboarding and offboarding processes for new and exiting employees.
    • Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data tracking.
  • Assisting CEO, Director & HR Head:
    • Manage personal scheduling and reminders.
    • Handle occasional personal errands, such as coordinating deliveries, managing purchases, and overseeing miscellaneous tasks.
    • Ensure the CEO's personal and professional priorities are effectively balanced.
