Life Insurance Data Analytics Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist to join our team at Ally Executive HR. This individual will play a key role in developing and implementing data-driven solutions to drive business growth and improve customer outcomes. With 7-12 years of experience in the life insurance sector, this person will possess a deep understanding of statistical concepts and machine learning techniques.
About the Job- The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and develop data-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement data visualizations and reports to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders.
- Analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify trends and patterns.
- Collaborate with the team to design and implement machine learning models to improve business outcomes.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure Ally Executive HR remains competitive.
- Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Quantitative Science or related field.
- 6-8 years of experience in data science and analytics.
- Hands-on experience with R and/or Python for hypothesis testing, statistical modeling, and machine learning.
- Proven track record of delivering results-oriented solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent collaboration and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Estimated Salary: $150,000 - $220,000 per year.
