About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Channel Sales Professional to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for implementing and coordinating the operational aspects of ongoing Channel Sales activities.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Channel Sales Activities: Manage and execute Channel Sales initiatives to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage Projects: Coordinate project schedules, track progress, and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Provide Customer Support: Ensure timely and effective support to customers, addressing their needs and resolving issues in a professional manner.
  • Facilitate Team Alignment: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve common objectives and ensure seamless execution of Channel Sales projects.
  • Deliver Status Reports: Prepare regular status reports to keep stakeholders informed of project progress and any challenges encountered.

Requirements:

  • Broad Knowledge: Possess a deep understanding of principles and best practices in Channel Sales.
  • Excellent Team and Communication Skills: Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
