Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to manage various business channels and develop deployment strategies for our C I business. This individual will need to work closely with the National Sales Team, segment owners, and other stakeholders to achieve our goals.

  • Leverage resources within the National Sales Central Team Organization to convert opportunities into sales.
  • Develop a comprehensive business plan to work closely with our key partners in the Electrical Distributor, Contractor Panel Builder, Industrial SI, and IAD OEM markets to gain market share in Non-IT segments.
  • Work with top accounts as a V2 leveraging the Non-IT Segment Teams to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with Business Development Teams to gather market size, competitive data, and market-level price targets for proposed solutions.
  • Identify and build strong partnerships in the Electrical Industrial Channels to increase business in the assigned territory.
  • Partner with the Marketing Team to develop and execute a comprehensive Strategic Market plan in C I Segments.

  • Highly entrepreneurial with strong leadership skills.
  • Well-versed in Secure Power offers.
  • Familiarity with the Electrical industrial channel is an added advantage.
  • Understanding of the C I Business including customer pain points, solution value propositioning, and solution positioning.
  • Experience in out-of-the-box strategic thinking.
  • Demonstrated commercial business acumen particularly direct experience in C I Segments.
  • Strong focus on developing new business.
  • Ability to work in a matrixed environment with multiple stakeholders including National sales, Segment, Central Team, and Industrial BU.
  • Ideal candidate will have proven experience in understanding the competitive landscape, industry stakeholders, influencers, solution value proposition, go-to-market plans, partner and marketing readiness, and execution of channel go-to-market strategies.
