
Senior Business Development Executive

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our growth initiatives in the North Indian market. As a Business Growth Strategist, you will be responsible for identifying and capitalizing on opportunities to drive revenue expansion.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Direct sourcing of home loans from the local market in North India.
- Maintaining strong relationships with clients in the region and converting them into sales leads.
- Selling BFSI and lending products to meet targets and drive business growth.
- Processing loan documents and other financial services to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Cross-selling all products to achieve individual and team/branch targets.
- Meeting business objectives initiated by priority clients in the city.
- Focusing on customer needs-based selling to deepen relationships and maximize penetration.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A proven track record of driving business growth through strategic planning and execution.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills to establish trust with clients.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to close deals and meet targets.
- In-depth knowledge of BFSI and lending products to effectively sell and promote them.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining high levels of quality.
