Maximus Events seeks a seasoned Client Servicing Lead to manage client relationships, drive business growth, and deliver exceptional event solutions. The ideal candidate has extensive experience leading client servicing teams, building long-term partnerships, and ensuring client satisfaction across large-scale events, MICE, and experiential projects.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, building strong and trusted relationships.">
- Lead and mentor the client servicing team, ensuring alignment on client needs, deliverables, and expectations.">
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless execution of projects.">
- Translate client briefs into actionable strategies, proposals, and event concepts.">
- Drive business development by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.">
- Manage end-to-end client lifecycle from pitch presentations and negotiations to on-ground delivery and post-event feedback.">
- Ensure all deliverables meet the highest standards of quality, timeliness, and budget adherence.">
- Anticipate client needs and proactively provide solutions to enhance satisfaction and retention.">
- Track client satisfaction, resolve escalations, and provide regular updates to senior management.">
- Prepare post-event reports and presentations capturing impact, ROI, and learnings.

- 8-12 years of client servicing experience in the events, MICE, or experiential marketing industry.">
- Strong background in handling corporate clients and large-format projects.">
- Proven experience in leading and mentoring high-performing teams.">
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.">
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.">
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple accounts simultaneously.">
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and event execution.
