
Senior Business Developer

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic professional to fill this Business Development role. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional to build a solid foundation in business development, client relations, and sales strategy within the amusement and tourism sector.
About the Role:This position involves assisting in researching and analyzing market trends and customer needs, supporting the development of new ideas and initiatives to grow our guest base and increase revenue, communicating with vendors, partners, and internal teams, participating in the negotiation and coordination of small-scale deals and collaborations, tracking and reporting daily/weekly progress and performance to the management team, staying informed about industry developments, customer feedback, and competitor activity, and coordinating with internal departments to support event planning and on-ground execution.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in researching and analyzing market trends and customer needs.
- Support the development of new ideas and initiatives to grow our guest base and increase revenue.
- Communicate with vendors, partners, and internal teams.
- Participate in the negotiation and coordination of small-scale deals and collaborations.
- Track and report daily/weekly progress and performance to the management team.
- Stay informed about industry developments, customer feedback, and competitor activity.
- Coordinate with internal departments to support event planning and on-ground execution.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or any relevant field.
- Strong interest in business development, sales, or marketing.
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Basic analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Confidence in using email, MS Office, and online research tools.
- Outgoing personality and eagerness to learn and grow professionally.
- Ability to work in a team environment and take initiative when needed.
