We are seeking a strategic and results-driven business leader to drive growth and profitability in our Ed-tech firm.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the business, including sales, marketing, product development, and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance business profitability.
- Build and lead a high-performing team to execute company goals and objectives.
- Identify new market opportunities and develop plans to expand the customer base.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote products and services.
- Manage product development initiatives, including ideation, design, and launch.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
- Develop and manage the financial performance of the organization, including budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
- Identify and mitigate key business risks, including competitive threats, regulatory changes, and market fluctuations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- At least 5+ years of experience in a senior leadership role, with a track record of driving business growth and profitability.
- Experience in the Ed-tech industry is highly desirable.
